Recently Samsung have been working hard on regaining their position in the market and reaching better results and values. However, the company has been having major setbacks due to the clashes between the board members. Different board members has been handed into custody for the different accounting and illegal paperwork included.
This has made a move by the workers in the company as a protest to disagree on all the problems happening lately. The company has had a lot of different hassles that affected all the workers making them lose their jobs, promises and contracts. Accordingly the company is now facing bigger setbacks in terms of the losses in their numbers and value.
This was commented on by one of the workers in the protest by saying, “Close monitoring of problem employee (MJ). Use all available means to achieve goal, including exploiting domestic troubles (divorce) and financial issues. There have been cases where workers have been called by the manager and questioned on why they posted critical messages about the company.
